Our refuge is composed of two completely independent spaces: A House on two levels, fully furnished, consisting of: three large bedrooms with double beds, including a level-1,1 bathroom equipped with washer and dryer, 1 full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, table and kitchen, crockery products food necessities, Toaster, coffee machine, etc...)
Dining area: a large living room all comforts and a great piece of life dedicated to multimedia in level - 1 (TV + WIFI).
Plenty of storage available. A furnished terrace with BBQ and garden furniture + 1 furnished outdoor for your effects of recreation. Location of parking.
Capacity of 8 people (6 + 2).
A completely renovated apartment "Condo in Duplex": with its independent access by outside staircase, 1 discount on the same level allows to store recreational equipment, a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom. Private balconies with table. For security reasons, it is not possible to have a BBQ on the balcony of the Condo.
Capacity for 4 people internet access is guaranteed in both spaces.
We suggest that rent you at your leisure: part House + Duplex condo for 12 people, home alone for 8 persons or the only Condo sleeps 4.
IMPORTANT the reservation is confirmed by the receipt of your deposit of 30%. The amount of this deposit must accompany the contract duly signed and mailed to the primary address O. The balance must be paid 30 days before the date of the stay. For all reservations made - for 30 days before the date of the stay, full payment is required.
