Description
This magnificent 3-storey English-style mansion, surrounded by tall mature trees, was built in 1927. It originally housed the engineers of the Abitibi-Price paper mill in Beaupré. In its early days, the company's staff came from Ontario or even England.
This splendid "Staff House", on the banks of the Sainte-Anne-du-Nord river, served as a residence for employees and company guests during their stay.
It was in 2006 that Chalets-Village acquired this mansion. Its primary vocation, to welcome groups of visitors in a country setting, endures. It is also the ideal place for celebrations such as family celebrations, weddings, wedding anniversaries, group or friends meetings as well as working meetings in a reception room overlooking the river and mountain of more than 1500 sq ft (140 m2). All in a bucolic setting.
The 32 bedrooms are furnished with style and elegance. The furniture that composes them comes from the Château Frontenac. The mansion also has 15 bathrooms, a large living room, a spacious and separate dining room, a very large kitchen with professional facilities, a large playroom in the basement and a reception room.
The Manoir Mont-Sainte-Anne is located 5 km from Mont-Sainte-Anne, in the heart of the city of Beaupré and all services: beach, tennis and public swimming pool are a 5 minute walk.
The Manor can accommodate a total of 80 people and the total area of the three floors is 15100 sq ft (1402 sq m)
