Beautiful cottage on the shores of Grand Lac Saint-François in Lambton, in the Eastern Townships.
Located 5 minutes from the municipality of Lambton, where you'll find restaurants, a liquor store (SAQ), grocery store, ice cream parlor, gas station, bars, arena, and more.
Located 5 km from the SEPAQ of Parc National de Frontenac - South sector. You have the opportunity to discover diverse wildlife and flora, with over 40 km of hiking trails, non-motorized watercraft rentals (canoe, kayak, pedal boat, paddleboard), and fishing. In winter, you can snowshoe on the groomed trails.
The cottage includes an outdoor setup with two wooden swings facing the lake.
Between Thanksgiving weekend and Patriots' weekend, we cannot guarantee that the dock will be installed and that watercraft will be available.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
In the basement, the floor of all rooms is finished with ceramic tiles and is heated by a radiant or hardwood system.
The furniture, woodwork, and ceilings are made of wood, some handcrafted, maintaining a rustic 1940s style. The place has preserved the countryside decor of a country house.
