It is located on Chemin du Ruisseau-Jureux, a quiet street perched on the hillside of St-Irénée which borders the river, between Baie St-Paul and La Malbaie. Designed by Atelier Schwimmer, each facade and construction detail of the house has been thought out in terms of its integration with nature, natural light and the river. The entire project offers beautiful, varied and functional spaces that give the feeling of being connected with its environment. The iconic shape of the house and its three-pointed star plan allows it to take advantage of the environment from which it emerges. The interior design reflects the form of the building, with each of the three wings dividing the residential functions and coming together at the central node, where the staircase and fireplace are located.
