Fantastic 3 bedroom/ 1.5 Bathroom cottage in a great location of Sauble Beach situated on a large private lot. You're just a short 7-minute stroll from 11 km of sandy beach, refreshing Lake Huron, and world-class sunsets. The cottage has an open-concept floor plan with two living rooms and ample space for the family to enjoy. There is a large screened sitting area to enjoy supper outside with the family, while the yard has tons of space for the kids to play and enjoy relaxing around a fire at night in the backyard roasting marshmallows. This is a true classic Sauble cottage with enough space inside and out for a comfortable relaxing vacation at the beach.
Sleeping accommodations for 9 guests max- 6 guests of any age, plus an additional 3 guests under 12 years old.
Take a stroll down to the Marina (10-minute walk) to enjoy the watercraft rentals such as kayaks, SUP boards, Paddleboats, etc.
