No parties or excessive noise are permitted. A decibel monitor is installed on the property to ensure that neighborhood noise levels remain within acceptable limits.
Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without a refund, plus a $500 penalty.

Le Parallèle 22 is nestled in the heart of a mountain forest, offering a peaceful setting ideal for relaxation. It is the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy complete privacy.
The open-concept living area features expansive windows on both the main floor and the garden level. A game room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, and arcade machine provides entertainment for guests of all ages. High-speed internet is also available, making the chalet ideal for remote work.
In summer, two terraces allow you to make the most of the fresh mountain air. The rooftop terrace features lounge chairs and a covered outdoor seating area beneath a pergola, making it the perfect spot for an evening aperitif.
The covered terrace, accessible year-round and located just off the kitchen, features a BBQ (propane included) and tables that can accommodate up to 10 guests, perfect for sharing a delicious meal.
