The cottage is directly on the edge of an ecological lake in Stoke in the Eastern Townships. Located only 15 minutes from Sherbrooke and its many services, Stoke is a municipality where tranquility and nature come together.
Enjoy the spa with a view directly on the lake to relax with family or friends. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming are some of the activities you can enjoy on site. Very close to the trails of the Eastern Townships and the Toke Mountains, hiking enthusiasts will be served. The chalet is well equipped and we have a table football table and several board games to create unforgettable memories.
The chalet includes: 3 bedrooms 1 full bathroom with bath and shower 1 powder room (toilet only) 1 large open concept kitchen 2 living rooms (on the ground floor and in the basement) 1 laundry room 1 bench space for board games
It is a quiet and peaceful place where respect for local residents is a priority, so noisy parties are prohibited. The renter responsible for the cottage must be at least 25 years old.

*Minimum rental period:2 Nights / Week-end
- The tenant agrees to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb the neighbors. The tenant must keep the noise level reasonable, both inside and outside the cottage. After 10 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum. The curfew is at 11 p.m., no noise is allowed outside. The tenant agrees to use only the rented premises and to respect the spaces of the residents of the area.
- No pets.
- Non-smoking chalet.
- The renter responsible for the cottage must be at least 25 years old.
- A list of cottage rules will be available in the cottage.

- Cancellation Policy: 50% refund, between 30 and 7 days before the start of the stay. No refunds 7 days or less before the start of the stay.
