Lac Vert is known for its crystal clear water, which makes it a popular place for swimming. Access to the water is directly through the chalet grounds, from the water's edge, where the descent is gently sloping. In addition to swimming, you can also go on excursions on the lake, aboard the 2 kayaks provided for the stay.

In summer, for outdoor enthusiasts, you can take the bike path, visit the Municipality of Rivière-à-Pierre, the Marmite Falls and the Granite Interpretation Centre located in front of City Hall. Maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or overnight stays. All persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated on the contract.
