Our beautiful Chalet La Source du Bonheur is located on the banks of the Mékinac River in St-Joseph de Mékinac (Trois-Rives). In the heart of the Mauricie region, 1h00 from Trois-Rivières and 2h30 from Montreal and Quebec City, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends!
The cottage offers 3 closed bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8-10 people*, perfect for 1-2 families or 3 couples.
Enjoy an outdoor spa accessible all year round (4-5 places) with a breathtaking view of the majestic Mékinac River. Relax in the comfort of our gazebo, where you can enjoy delicious meals away from mosquitoes.
The outdoor fire pit (logs included) is perfect for spending beautiful evenings in a friendly atmosphere. In summer, embark on our tubes for an unforgettable descent of the river for about 400 meters (depending on the water level).
The cottage is located only 1.5 km from ATV and snowmobile trails!!

As of February 11: water is not drinkable until further notice. Water canisters are at your disposal. Washer not available.
Please note that the chalet can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults. We have 2 extra foldable single mattresses made for young children and 1 small sofa bed in the living room.
The twin bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 pounds each.
NO CELL PHONE AT THE COTTAGE. **To activate your WIFI calls and be able to use your cell phone at the cottage to make calls, make sure that the option is activated in your cell phone settings. To do so, you need to be connected to a cellular network and WIFI, so check this before your stay. **
River tubes are available from mid-June to mid-October.
