The chalet is available for monthly or seasonal rentals. Tenants are expected to take good care of the property, furniture, and equipment provided. Any damage or breakage caused by the tenant or their guests, beyond normal wear and tear, will be charged accordingly.

The chalet is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Tenants must keep the property clean, respect the neighbors, and follow all instructions regarding the use of the equipment and facilities.

The agreed-upon occupancy limit must be respected. Any extension of the rental period must be approved in advance. Upon departure, the chalet must be left in a reasonably clean and orderly condition.

When you've made your choice, a few common sense tips before you send money
