Only 6 km from the picturesque village of St-Adolphe, Lac du Coeur is a lake with very pure water, fed by springs and a head lake, and without motor boats. Less than 200 feet from shore, a paradise island of about 3 ACRES, completely private and surrounded by forest awaits you.
On the Ile du Coeur, there is a unique beautiful large and luxurious new 4 season cottage on the island with electricity, TV, wifi, and all amenities. It has 3 closed bedrooms for a capacity of 6 people. In the living room, television WITH BELL EXPRESS VU. WIFI included. Two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another upstairs. The ceilings have over 9 feet throughout the house, giving it a gorgeous character and plenty of space. You have the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with 4 patio doors and a large 5' x 5' window for the view. On the 2nd floor you have a games room with cable TV, a pool table 3' x 5'. You have a large covered veranda of the full width of the house for the view.
You will be entitled to a large pontoon (electric motor) to transport your things on the island. Afterwards, you have 1 double kayak, 2 pedal boats, 1 canoe and a fantastic water slide over 100 feet long with curves, tunnel and valleys into the lake will enhance your stay in an incredible way for another unique experience. To complete the adventure and make it magical, in winter, we reach the island on snowshoes.
