Imagine yourself overlooking an immense expanse, nestled high atop the famous "Murailles" (cliffs) of Saint-Fabien-sur-Mer. Offered by the Bic–Saint-Fabien Tourism Development Corporation, this private chalet is more than just a place to stay—it is a true vantage point where time seems to stand still.
Each season paints its own unique picture here: the melodic awakening of birds in the spring, the gentle caress of the summer sun on the terrace, and the spectacular, fiery transformation of the hills in the autumn. You will never tire of the exceptional panorama before you: the majestic St. Lawrence River, the mysterious silhouettes of the Bic Islands, and the peaceful charm of the village below. As day turns to dusk, the sky puts on its finest show, with brilliant sunsets that appear to dip directly into the estuary.
A winter paradise with a front-row view of the river
When snow blankets the landscape, the chalet becomes a cozy cocoon set within a fairytale-like environment. Strap on your snowshoes right at your doorstep—the "Sentier des Coulombe" trail runs directly beside the chalet, leading you along the ridge of the hills, high above the St. Lawrence and its icy shores. After an invigorating outing in the fresh air, return to the comfort of a crackling wood-burning fireplace, all while watching the ice floes drift by in the distance.
Practical information and booking details
Capacity and availability: Available for year-round rental; accommodates up to 4 adults.
High-season stays: (June 19 to September 11): Minimum 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday.
Low-season stays: Minimum 5-night rental. Special rates available for stays of 14 nights or longer.
Self-check-in (September 21, 2026, to May 20, 2027): Easy on-site access via a secure lockbox.
On-site welcome (May 21 to October 11, 2027): Check-in directly at the Camping Saint-Fabien reception office.
Safety and accessibility: The chalet's prime hillside location requires extra vigilance when young children are present and may pose a challenge for individuals with reduced mobility.

Restrictions
*Minimum rental period:A week
Prohibited: Pets, smoking (tobacco/cannabis/vaping), and parties.
Payment: 50% due at the time of booking; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Arrival: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM.
Departure: 10:00 AM (keys handed over in person during high season; left in a lockbox during low season).
Security deposit: Refunded within 10 business days following an inspection, provided that the rules have been followed. Further details are available on the booking platform.
