TERMS OF PAYMENT
a) One deposit of 30% ( minimun 250$ ) of the total invoice, is required for reserve the cottage.The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation, except if period corresponding is rebooked later.
b) The rest of payment is due just before the possession of the premises.
c) One deposit refundable is required for the whole stay and will be given prior to taking possession of the premises. End of stayafter of the inspection of the premises we reserve the right to keep all or part of the deposit to cover any damage, degradation or breakage.
d) No refunds will be given for early departure.
e) For the payment of the deposit we accept : species, Paypal transfer, check.
RULES
a) The group of tenant, appointed responsible and identity must be aged 21 and take full responsibility of those to whom it allows.
b) The tenant claims to have seen the cottage, having found in perfect condition, declares to be satisfied and claims to be responsible for its contents.
c) Notify the owner when you know a defect or breakage of furniture and other equipment. Any misuse and not attributable to normal wear and tear of the building or property lining the tasks or causing breakage or defects will be repaired or replaced at the tenant fees.
d) The tenant must allow access site at all times to the owners for inspection and to perform emergency work and necessary to maintain the condition of the leased and premises and its equipment.
e) It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the cottage. If odors and cigarette traces are detected in the cottage, cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
f) The owner will not be held responsible for any interruptions beyond its control, with electricity, running water service, television and internet.
