Description

Charming all-wood cottage located on the Domaine privé du Vertendre in Eastman, at the foot of the south slope of Mont Orford, on a lot of more than 240,000 sq. ft. On your doorstep, a mature forest crisscrossed by trails, crisscrossed by streams with wooden bridges and access to a private lake with mountain views. The lake, surrounded by water pools with waterfalls, is set up for swimming. The cottage is also located near Lac d'Argent and Mont-Orford. The cottage is warm and made of wood inside and out. . You will find everything you need for a coziest and most pleasant stay: bedding, towels, slow combustion stove, movies available 24 hours (Super screen), dishes, BBQ, etc. Two closed bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs, each with a Queen bed. A double sofa bed. The chalet is, however, equipped to comfortably accommodate 5-6 people.

- A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract. Only receipt of this deposit will confirm your reservation.
- The balance as well as the security deposit of $200 must be received 30 days before the planned occupancy date.
- In the event of cancellation within 31 days prior to the occupancy date, no refund of the first deposit will be made. In the event that we are able to rent the period you have reserved, the amounts paid will be refunded to you, with, however, an administration fee of $350.
- In the event of cancellation, 14 days before the date of stay, no refund of the full amounts paid, but the security deposit will be refunded. In the event that we are able to rent the period you have reserved, the amounts paid will be refunded to you, with, however, an administration fee of $350.
- After inspection of the premises, the security deposit of $200 (breakage or unsanitary conditions), which will be cashed 30 days before the occupancy date, will be returned to you by Interac transfer, within 48 hours following the end date of your stay .
Non-smoking chalet. The presence of animals is prohibited inside and also outside the chalet. The tenant must ensure respect and cleanliness of the premises. Maximum of 5 people at any time on site. However, visits are permitted after agreement with the owners. We accept no responsibility in the event of a fine or costs incurred during your stay. Failure to comply with the rental conditions will result in the cancellation of this contract, or charges deducted from the security deposit
